What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers all essential components of your electric mobility scooter, provided that the fault is due to a material or manufacturing defect:
- Motor and drive system
- Control electronics and controller
- Battery system (in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications)
- Charger and electrical components
- Frame and load-bearing structure

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences:

Report a warranty claim or complaint online
Should an issue arise with your electric mobility scooter, you can report your warranty claim or complaint directly to us via the following form. Please describe the fault as accurately as possible and send us – if available – photos or videos to help us assess the issue.
Please provide the following information in the comments field if possible:
- Model of the electric mobility scooter
- Invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the problem
